This is a very busy time for Greek Council as Rush winds down and as we prepare for Orientation. Just a quick reminder that Pref Day is Feb 3rd, Greek 101 Information Session will be on Feb 4th, and Bid Day is Feb 5th. I. Co-Chairs

a. Elections for new Exec Members will be held February 24^th

b. We need all rushee’s ID numbers!!! If you are in contact, please ask for student ID number, even though Roberto will be emailing them a reminder.

II. Message from Josh

a. Welcome back!

b. Spring Semester starting off with a BANG! Thanks to the Presidents for all your amazing speeches, Pref Day, Bid Day, Greek 101 are coming up!

c. Make sure everyone knows times and dates of events coming up. Please check your emails! MUST make Pref Day by 5pm!

III. Dr. Moffett

a. Welcome back! CCI already has a lot going on!

b. Excited for Bid Day!!!

c. Please meet your deadlines, or they will not happen. Go Saints!

IV. RUSH / ORIENTATION MEETING

a. Sunday the 31^st at 4:00pm

b. If there are conflicts getting into PREF Day, MUST send Teresa an email.

c. Orientation Calendars back Friday, Men’s are Due Friday – electronic copy is necessary. Send to Roberto and Teresa.

V. Standards

a. If you have questions, Evan is meeting with Standards Chairs.. date to come.

VI. Service

a. April 12^th Monday STARTS, ends 18^th with SIGMA GIVE

b. Shirts!

c. Monday – Last One Standing, Photo Scavenger Hunt, Dodgeball Tournament

d. Tuesday – Powder Puff Football

e. Wednesday – All Greek Capture Flag

f. Thursday – Synchronized Swimming for FRATS

g. Friday – Party at Flats

h. Saturday – GIVE day

VII. Josh

a. Presidents Meeting needs to be scheduled with Josh ASAP

b. Beach Weekends:

i. Need all dates emailed to Josh and Teresa and Roberto

ii. Jamie Thompson – every Thursday from 3:30-4:30pm MILK and COOKIES!!! WOOHOO!

c. FYI: As of February 1^st, Dr. Lee is moving back to Cali and taking a position at U. California at Berkeley.
