Greek Council General Minutes Tuesday, February 3, 2009

I. Co-Chairs

• Bid Day- good work everybody!
• Rumors about other organization’s orientation programs- if there’s a problem, contact Josh or the Co-Chairs
• Meeting with Dr. Lee:

• Standards of excellence points!
• Greek Council Elections
• Nominations- March 17th
• Voting- March 31st

II. Orientation

• Everything is going great! Keep sending changes to Jade/Peter at least 48 hours prior.
• Rush reflection tomorrow-
• Meeting for Women’s Rush Chairs

3. Planning for next year’s rush

• Men’s rush meeting next week to improve rush.

III. Service

• Trinity Olympics (benefitting Habitat for Humanity)

V. Standards

• Standards Committee Meeting

• Standards Reports Scoring will be on April 4th in CCI
