Greek Council Meeting April 28th

I. Co-Chairs

• Must get in registration to CCI
• Must get in officer/roster lists in correct excel format
• Roster Format: First column last name, second column first name, third column year
• Officer Format: First column last name, second column first name, third column officer
• Two separate excel documents: one for officers, one for roster
• Greek awards – Sunday after Trinity Olympics at 4pm

II. Welcome Week Concert

• PIKEs and Sigmas
• Encourage Greek participation in the Concert, currently trying to get a band that is popular and will attract a large group of students
• Promotion of Concert through T-Shirts and cups out of our budget, and we are accepting bids for sponsorship – Greeks have opportunity to sponsor, but would be about $50 at minimum. Higher bids from a smaller group, any one or two organizations would get more representation at the concert.
• Get your name out there! On fliers, shirts, cups, etc.
• Send Ashley Mayle or Debbie email if interested, or Josh
• Deadline: end of school! (technically May 15th)

III. Rush/Orientation

• Tomorrow: selecting candidate, sending emails to rush chairs, otherwise you have the last pick for your calendar date!

IV. Judicial V. Standards

• Let's face it: Standards are annoying, but we still love Evan.
• Start having meetings NOW to meet with Standards chairs, then plan on meeting once or twice a month next year in order to reach EXCELLENCE.
• Need to start keeping track of everything NOW.
• Any hours clubs have collected for next year need to give them to Bri. (she will send out an email to presidents with her contact info).

VI. Treasurer

• Keep sending in Standards receipts to Jeremy Sherby get reimbursed

VII. Service

• Olympics Sunday 12-4pm
• If you haven’t sent a team roster, please do so! Not just from your club, you can add others.
• Afterward is Greek Awards Ceremony!
• Money for participation to be brought with you!

VIII. Secretary

• Remember to send Officers and Rosters lists to BOTH Josh and JaNae (jcontag@trinity.edu)

IX. Josh

• Search committee has been formed to review applications for a new director of CCI
• Dr. Lee is in charge, we would like to have an offer out by June
